On December 20, 2017, The Community School of Maryland took students on a field trip to the National Aquarium in Baltimore to supplement our science unit for December on marine life. This month the science students have been learning about fish and underwater habitats. At the National Aquarium, students had the opportunity to see many of the sea animals they learned about up close. Students saw stingrays, sharks, jellyfish and many more underwater sea animals. They also had an opportunity to watch a dolphin training session. Everyone had a wonderful time and is looking forward to making the trip again in the future.
